Launched May 1, 2017, the Saipan Blue Project is a long-term, international, crowd-funded campaign to make Saipan Blue the official name of a globally-recognized color! The first phase was to enter Crayola’s crayon naming contest and suggest “Saipan Blue” as the best name for their new blue crayon!
