Once I get my new in-home studio equipment (lights, green screen, etc.) as recommended by “SunChasin’ Success” podcast creator Bayo in Brazil, I’ll be doing a revamp of the Ageless Adept brand image. So, I’ll get started with that now by trying out a new logo on the next video release (below)

I found myself watching quite a few cooking videos on youtube during my fast. Have to return to my roots and create my own Jamaican Jerk Sauce recipe and try it out on tempeh and tofu instead of pork and goat!
