Dr. Del is by nature an Educational Entertainer. When he works with an audience he draws from his own training as a professional dancer, martial artist, and fitness pioneer to inspire and motivate people to develop some form of regular (if not daily) physical practice. As an educator, he teaches the importance of not just moving the body, but also being mindful of what one puts into the body. For this reason, Dr. Del has created his world famous 10-Minute Meals program to share simple ideas and recipes with those who are interested in honoring the sanctity of their bodies, regardless of their impossible daily schedules.
Dr. Del's personal mission is "to inspire, encourage and support personal growth and transformation through healthy living." And over the years he has written eight books and hundreds of articles sharing his ideas on personal growth and healthy living.
